Ofsted's report of Binsteed states that the staff "ensure children have access to a range of different activities to keep them interested and stimulated. ", that they "sit with children and engage in conversations with them. " and that they "are good role models and ensure children know right from wrong. They use gentle reminders to deal with any unwanted behaviour. "

The staff at Binsteed ensure that they build a close bond with both parents and the children, to create a welcoming environment in which parents can keep track of their child's progress by being able to speak to staff members everyday.
