Kitchen Manager

I began working in the kitchen at Binsteed after preparing food for local schools around Portsmouth. I enjoy introducing new & healthy meals to the children, ensuring that sugar and salt are kept to a minimum, whilst still serving flavourful food which the children enjoy. All dietary requirements are taken into consideration when I plan the meals. The children are given fresh fruit & vegetables daily as well as yogurts. I ensure the kitchen is run smoothly, meeting the requirements of environmental health.
