My name is Becki, I have been leading the after school & holiday club for five years now. I enjoy working with the school age children, helping them learn and explore through fun activities and trips. When parents enquire about vacancies I invite them in for a visit and give them a tour of the setting and deal with any bookings that may result from this.  I am also the leader of preschool.

I have worked at Binsteed for as long as Sue has, as we both worked in the play scheme together. For the last few years I have led the breakfast club for the over 5's. I also am a school escort for the children attending Newbridge Junior school. I support the nursery, helping with the washing as much as I can.

I am Sue's youngest daughter and I first came to Binsteed when my mum started at the play scheme, I have been here 18 years. I have worked at Binsteed for many years, stopping to have three children of my own who have also attended here since they were young. Currently I work with the under 5's in preschool and I am a school escort for before/after school. I support a young preschooler with additional needs, enabling her to reach her full potential. I find my job very rewarding and love working with children as each day is different and full of fun.

I have been working at Binsteed since 2017, having worked at a neighbouring after school club for several years. I oversee the over 8's children who are based in the Green House, in the playground area. I am being given the opportunity to develop my career by starting to work with the under 5's and I will be  studying to do my Level 3 in Childcare & Education in September.

When I first started at Binsteed I worked within the 2 year old area, I now work within the preschool and BOSS with children from the ages of 3-11 years old. I enjoy working with the preschool children and helping them develop the skills they need to be ready for when they go to school. As a practitioner I find it invaluable to be able to work with any age range and adapt to their needs.
